Day 1: Arrival Day

Pick up from Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to hotel. Enjoy your stay at the hotel. 

Day 2: Colombo to Dhambulla

After breakfast at hotel, get ready to travel 144 KM to Dhambulla - around 3 hours 20 minutes drive on normal day. 

Dambulla, an ancient city in Sri Lanka, is known for its rich history and natural attractions. It features the largest rose quartz mountain range in South Asia and the Ironwood Forest. Nearby, the Ibbankatuwa prehistoric burial site adds archaeological significance. Dambulla also serves as a convenient base to visit Sigiriya (home to the iconic Lion Rock) and Habarana (gateway to Minneriya National Park).

Day 3: Day in Dhambulla

Minneriya National Park, a haven for wildlife, boasts a large elephant gathering at its ancient tank. Nearby, the Dambulla Cave Temples, adorned with intricate Buddhist art and statues, offer a glimpse into Sri Lanka's rich cultural heritage.

Day 4: Dhambulla to Kandey
